NEW fast bulk deployments

Bulk deployments

Don't get us wrong: we love printers. But life’s too short to spend your days deploying them. That’s why we started the Enhanced Deployment Project – a multi-feature roadmap to streamline and speed up printer deployment.

Feature #1? Bulk Device Deployment to automatically configure and install anywhere from 5 to 5,000 devices in a flash.

It’s available now in 19.1 for Sharp, Ricoh, and Kyocera devices (with more brands on the way). Have some thoughts on how we could further improve deployment? Ping product@papercut.com.

New Canon embedded is here

Canon-Tour-Webpage.png

Our recent PaperCut MF 19.1 maintenance release included a new embedded to support Canon's next generation (Gen3) MFDs, updated with the new look and feel embedded experience.

Expect all the latest features – Secure Print Release, Integrated Scanning, the ability to change job settings at the device – and more.

NOTE: This new embedded requires a specific new MEAP license that's currently only available in Europe and Australia with the US coming soon. Contact your ASC to stay updated.

We've updated our Canon tour page to list all the supported models as well.

Marketing-Collateral-Update.png

New marketing collateral has landed in the Portal:

  • New-look PaperCut MF Brochure. Replacing the Fact Sheet, this comprehensive brochure (A4/Letter) is more feature-packed and usable than ever
  • New Customer Guides. Handy leave-behinds for customers, these pieces tackle three common problem areas: digitization (A4/Letter), print security (A4/Letter), and mobile & BYOD printing (A4/Letter)

Rolling out a shiny new brand

Brand update

You’ve probably noticed a few changes to our visual brand recently. Fancy new greens, illustrations… The absolute works! It’s all part of a major project bringing PaperCut into a refreshed, accessible future to make us even more portfolio worthy.

Rest easy, though. We’re rolling out changes slowly, so there’s no need to reprint materials or urgently edit your website.

Lastly, we’ll have a branding guidelines pack available for you soon. But for now, we just wanted to keep you in the loop with as much notice as possible.

Keen to discuss the transition with our Marketing team? Email marketing@papercut.com.

Plenty of 19.1 content

As usual, we’re ringing in the new release with some great reads and listens, including the Meet a PaperCutter podcast, Custom Reports, and more.
