It’s nearly the end of May already and we’re full steam ahead – especially with the launch of new vertical marketing pages to help you nail your targeted industry marketing.
As always, there’s plenty more to get around, so jump on in.
In this issue:
A reminder that the legacy ordering system is shutting down today
We’re customer-first at PaperCut. We want every customer to know the value of our products no matter what type of business they are – from universities to law firms, and hospitals to start-ups. That’s why we created our new vertical pages!
Now when a potential customer goes to papercut.com, they’ll find multiple industry-targeted pages outlining features and benefits tailored to their exact needs. We’ve even highlighted relevant customers stories to show the proof’s in the PaperCutty pudding.
So check out the pages, and be sure to link back to them in your own marketing efforts (we’ll have more coming in the future, too).
It's been almost two months since our new simplified pricing model went live. We hope you're finding it easier to quote with the new model!
Today is the last day that we will honour quotes created with the legacy pricing model. If you need help with the transition or have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your ASC.
You can also find more information in the PaperCut Portal under Ordering > Policies and Procedures, including a downloadable FAQ about the new pricing model.
New TouchNet OneCard VIP integration
We’re pleased to announce we now support the TouchNet OneCard VIP payment integration, recently certified by Heartland.
Students can now top up their PaperCut MF and PaperCut NG balances using the VIP phone app. Print or copy jobs can also be debited as they happen via PaperCut’s on-demand payment feature.
This will replace the Heartland payment integration. So if you’re an existing Heartland customer, tee up a migration with your payment provider ASAP.
We asked popular PaperCutter Stu Brooks for his views on the Advanced Client, health monitoring, and his three favorite PaperCut MF things. As always, no public sharing please!
Following Project Wollemi in the Percolator? You’ll definitely want to check out the revamped page with a revolutionary roadmap for scan and capture. You can even help as an honorary team member!
One of our partners recently uncovered a "feature" in how PaperCut MF handles zero stop quota calculations when a payment gateway’s in use. Get the fix below!
