Simplified pricing is here

We are about to embark on a thrilling new chapter for pricing, licensing, support and upgrades.

From April 1st our new simplified pricing and licensing model for PaperCut MF is going live globally. In the PaperCut Portal, the PaperCut MF New Pricing Model FAQ is now available and keep an eye out next week for further new pricing details under Ordering > Policies and Procedures.

Some key highlights of the new PaperCut MF pricing model are:

• Device-based pricing
• Simplified quoting and ordering
• Government pricing now available (this also includes public funded healthcare)
• Unlimited users and Site Servers now included as standard

We’ve also taken the opportunity to rename and restructure Premium Upgrade Assurance (PUA) to PaperCut Maintenance & Support (M&S). All the details are in the new Guide to Maintenance & Support (M&S) on the PaperCut Portal - available in six languages.

Get Tech Certified in German

In keeping with the localization theme, we’ve launched the 2019 Level 1 Technical Certification exam in German! Wunderbar!

The new exam is now available in the LMS for those of you in the relevant region.

We’ve compiled a great collection of screenshots showing PaperCut MF on different embedded devices and brands.

Available for you in a single easy zip file, it’s an invaluable resource for all presentations, proposals, and tenders. We’ll also add to it every six months (or more frequently for major updates), so check back every now and then.
