Sales certification 2019 now available

Sales certification

Sales training and certification for 2019 has just been released to ASCs. It's for all sales and pre-sales personnel, so make sure you get yourself booked in for the next face-to-face training session/webinar run by your ASC.

You'll then be able to access the new sales certification exam in the PaperCut Portal – and once you pass with flying colors (mostly green), you’ll be bona fide certified and get a personalized certificate including the new logo and year of certification.

Your ASC will also share a few logos to use in email signatures, documents, and business cards.

Remember: getting certified is mandatory every year you intend to sell PaperCut MF, which means retaking and passing the exam annually.

New fix for Chromebook Mobility Print

Google Sign In

Google recently shut down the Google+ API, which messed up the "Sign in with Google" button for Chromebook Mobility Print users. But fear not: we’ve updated the latest Mobility Print server and client so the button will continue to function just fine.

Any customers who have disabled auto update on their Mobility Print servers will need to manually upgrade their server to version 1.0.2137 no later than March 6.

Contact support with any questions, and grab the full details below.
