Q.
How are print options set in Email to Print?

A. Print options (duplex, gray scale, etc.) are set by the OS level print queue.

This allows for users to easily select the printer they wish to email and know which print options their print job will use when emailing.

This should avoid confusion and your users will not have to install print drivers on their computer!

What Others Are Saying About PaperCut

Many of you will have seen the testimonials throughout the PaperCut site. Here is a recent one from a university after seeing Web Print scaling, available as of 16.2:

"Introducing speed and redundancy is always welcomed in IT.”
