Bring back the dot matrix and win!

Have you ever thought about bringing back the dot matrix for your customers after the umpteenth paper jam, out of toner phone call, or print error message holding up prints from being released?

We want to hear from you or your customers. Share your print story with us - the good, the bad, the ugly (and maybe even funny in hindsight!) Whether it was those hundreds of prints on the copier, or how you got a customer to see the benefits of PaperCut after a disaster.

The top stories will win a retro "Bring back the dot matrix" t-shirt. Email the team, or respond on our blog.

Brands across the US

A truly global team from PaperCut hit the road recently with our ASCs ACDI and ecoprintQ. While not quite Route 66, they did sync up with 8 manufacturers from east to west coast USA.

On the tour were Epson, HP, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Ricoh, Sharp, Toshiba and Xerox. Strengthening our relationship through delivery wherever they went, ensuring the right partnerships are in place to escalate growth in the Americas.

Connecting with MPS managers from all over the world, the team reported lots of buzz around PaperCut! See our next newsletter for more on our "Secret Sauce".

Feeling the support heat?

Don't forget to introduce your teams to the Support Cheatsheet & Ticket Construction guide, located in the Support section of your Portal.

Shane, our support guru has composed a verse to illustrate how to help to take the heat off -

For any new kids on the block,
ASC, techos the lot,
If you're having an issue
that's starting to feel the heat!!
And you're digging out info
on the customer's fleet,
Have with you our handy Cheatsheet.
It's got all you need to make
your support request neat!

What Others Are Saying About PaperCut

Many of you will have seen the testimonials throughout the PaperCut site. Here is a recent one from a school:

“Even though we have only been with PaperCut for less than a year, it is very apparent that not only is their software top-of-the-line but also their support system. We have experienced firsthand the dedication and determination of the support staff and their willingness to work with us to get PaperCut implemented at peak efficiency in our environment. PaperCut MF has done exactly what we need it to do, as it tracks both printing and copying - there is truly no other solution out there like it!”
