Support in NYC

Many of you know our NYC support star, Priyanka Dave on the end of the phone in the US. Did you know she was one of our first employees as a graduate software dev in Melbourne?

Moving to NYC almost a year ago to start a new adventure, Pri's written a blog post on the move to the Big Apple. So you can get an ideal of what Pri does everyday, we've included a customer's first hand account of Pri's level of support:
"Through the entire process she was perceptive to our particular configuration, clear with her instructions and patient with my questions.” Mike Loring, Notre Dame High School, CA Read more

Ideal for running a PaperCut Release Station on a low cost, low power Raspberry Pi computer. The Raspberry Pi platform should be tested in the specific environments you plan to deploy in.

Ask Alan: your Windows print expert

If your customer is experiencing issues where Windows applications or processes crash while printing, check out this KB for tracking the binary causing the problem.

If the issue is a print driver component, there are scripts to track down the driver name.

What Others Are Saying About PaperCut

Many of you will have seen the testimonials throughout the PaperCut site. Here is a recent one from a US high school:

“It was my first call to PaperCut since our initial purchase as the system literally has never failed once in seven years. It is a comfort to know the system has this level of reliability and that world class support is only a phone call away.”

Mike, Saint Joseph Notre Dame High School
